Facing increased competition and more aggressive growth goals, E2M Kitchen needed to diversify growth channels, coming from an organic-only background.

When E2M Kitchen started working with Quantads, they had grown thanks to organic channels and word of mouth. However, due to increased competition, they seeked to diversify channels.

Starting from scratch, the Quantads team designed and implemented a scalable, full-funnel tracking plan and a Looker dashboard to ensure full visibility.

The goal was twofold: understand the customer journey strenghts and weaknesses to inform decisions + infuse AI algorithms with more granular data to boost performance.

Avoiding a "dry" launch, Quantads leveraged E2M Kitchen's historical data (Analytics, SEO, Shopify, social media, etc.) to inform paid campaigns' initial structure. Based on those insights, the team developed a thorough two-tier search structure to prioritize niche yet valuable audiences with specific needs (example: gluten and dairy-free).

Secondly, leveraging the E2M Kitchen's fullfiment center geolocations, Quantads segmented its campaigns into several geos to minimize shipping costs and maximize profitability.

Following those initial successes, Quantads expanded to upper funnel channels: YouTube, Meta and TikTok Ads. Recycling other channels' learnings, the team developed a strong AB testing plan spanning several axys: creatives, audiences and landing pages.

Satisfied with those results, E2M Kitchen then hired Quantads to run its conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to further improve the customer journey and ROI.
